The first sessions is 105 minutes, all consecutive sessions 90 minutes each.
In the sessions, the body and energy field are invited into a natural unwinding process that may include:
Somatic release of physical and emotional blocks
Energetic recalibration to restore balance
Nervous system regulation for safety and groundedness
Deepened self-awareness and integration
The process is trauma-informed and it naturally meets you where you are. The safe space supports the release of stored stress patterns and a return to wholeness.
This work is beneficial for those who:

Carry unresolved trauma or chronic stress
Long for a deeper connection to themselves
Wish to align themselves to their inner truth and authority

Please note: These sessions are not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, under 18, currently undergoing major medical treatment, or with a history of mania, seizures, psychosis, or certain psychiatric conditions.
