Neuro-Somatic Processing

More freedom to be yourself.

More ease within yourself. More room to choose how you respond. The capacity to have a difficult conversation, meet a demanding day or feel close to someone without being pulled so deeply into old hurt.

You’ve already done meaningful inner work. Yet certain situations still bring up fear, shame, anger or the pain of rejection. You understand the pattern, but your body responds before you can choose.

Here, there’s space to meet those responses with care and work with what remains unresolved.

SAFETY

Neuro-Somatic Processing can bring unresolved trauma and strong emotions to the surface. It is not suitable for people experiencing psychosis or mania, or those diagnosed with schizophrenia. If you have active PTSD or a highly sensitive nervous system, please contact me before booking so we can assess whether this work is appropriate for you.

“Finally, I’ve found an approach and a facilitator that actually deliver results! I’ve experienced a lot of relief, especially when it comes to insecurity in my relationship. The inner voice that used to warn me and come up with all kinds of worst-case scenarios is now a thing of the past. My relationship has grown even stronger now that I’m no longer constantly dealing with uncertainty.
Thank you, Sat Darshan, for your skilled, attentive and supportive guidance.”

Working Beneath the Story

Some responses begin before conscious thought, in the early physiological reactions involved in threat and relational pain. This helps explain why a pattern can remain active even when you understand it well.

Neuro-Somatic Processing follows the subtle sequence of sensations and responses that unfolds in your body. We give close attention to what happens, allowing time for unresolved responses and the emotions connected with them to be processed.

You don’t need to make something happen or produce a particular experience. I guide the process with care, staying attentive to your vulnerability and your capacity to remain present.

Your system leads. We follow with precision.

What This Work Supports

Neuro-Somatic Processing can be particularly supportive you when you experience:

  • recurring emotional or relational triggers

  • pain around rejection, abandonment or disconnection

  • persistent inner bracing or a sense of background alarm

  • patterns that return despite meaningful healing

  • emotional reactions that feel stronger than the present situation warrants

  • beliefs about yourself that keep you from doing what matters to you

The intention is for change to become tangible in your life: expressing what you need, feeling more present in relationships and having more energy available for what matters to you.

Begin with one session or continue regularly, according to what you need.
