This workshop combines two loves of mine — dance and Kundalini Activation work.
Friday 16th January
at 17 - 19.30 London time
via Zoom
We begin with Shakti Flow warm ups and then move onto the dance part, during which I will work on you energetically to help the Kundalini activate in your system. We finish with the relaxation and integration phase.
The group will be kept small to ensure ample time for energy work for each participant.
